What Makes Joe Different?
Joe brings authenticity to his work in a way that clients immediately feel.
Having personally experienced anxiety and depression, he understands how heavy things can get—and how difficult it can be to open up or ask for help.
His approach isn’t about “fixing” you or telling you what to do. Instead, it’s about creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to work through things at your own pace.
Sessions are collaborative, honest, and grounded in real life—not overly clinical or detached. The focus is on helping you make sense of what you’re going through while building practical tools you can actually use outside of therapy.
“Therapy isn’t about me fixing it for you—it’s about being there with you so you’re not alone in it.”
You don’t have to go through this alone—and you don’t have to have it all figured out to start.
